How do I place an order?

Message us on WhatsApp or call our sales line with the tank size and your location. We reply with a firm price including delivery, and once you approve we schedule dispatch.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

Yes. We deliver to all 47 counties either directly or through our dealer network. Delivery within the Nairobi metro is free on tanks 1,000L and above; upcountry transport is quoted per location.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

M-Pesa (Paybill or Send Money), bank transfer and cash on collection at the depot. We do not take card payments online, and we never ask for payment before you receive a written quote.

What size tank do I need?

As a guide, allow 150–200 litres per person per day plus a two-day reserve. A family of five is comfortable on a 2,300L tank; schools, clinics and rentals usually start at 5,000L.

Is there a warranty?

Every Kentank comes with an 8-year written warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your receipt and warranty card — that is all we need to process a claim.

Are the tanks safe for drinking water?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We mould with virgin food-grade polyethylene and UV8 stabilisers, so the tank does not leach into the water or degrade in strong sunlight.

Question 7

Do you install the tank?

Accepted Answer

We deliver and position the tank, and we can supply stands, plumbing fittings and pumps. Full installation and rainwater harvesting setups are available on request in most towns.

Question 8

How should I maintain the tank?

Accepted Answer

Clean it twice a year, keep the lid locked, fit a strainer on the inlet and drain sediment from the bottom outlet. We also offer a paid cleaning service.
